These terms apply when you use the Alliance Savings website and when you ask us for help. By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them.

1. Who we are and what we do

Alliance Savings is a referral service for people in Canada and the United States. We help you work out what you need and, with your permission, introduce you to licensed third-party lenders, brokers and insurers. We are not a lender, loan or mortgage broker, insurer or insurance agent, and we do not make credit decisions or sell insurance. Any loan or policy is arranged directly between you and the licensed provider, under their terms and their own agreements with you.

We may receive a referral fee from the licensed providers we introduce you to. This does not change the price or terms you are quoted.

2. No guarantees

Approval, interest rates, premiums, fees and savings are decided by lenders, insurers and service providers. We cannot promise any approval, rate, discount or saving. Examples, estimators and calculators on this website are illustrations only and are not offers or quotes.

3. Eligibility

Our services are for people who live in Canada or the United States and are of legal age in their province or state (18 in most places, 19 in some Canadian provinces). You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

4. Fees

Asking for a review is free. We do not charge you for our introductions. If a fee ever applies to you, we will tell you what it is, and you will agree to it, before we do the work. Fees charged by a lender, broker or insurer are set by them. Please do not pay anyone claiming to be us without first confirming with us through the contact details on this site.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us truthful information and keep your contact details up to date.
• Read the documents and terms from any lender or insurer before you sign them.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Contacting you

When you send a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, text message or email about that request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

7. Third-party services

We refer you to, and may use, third-party services (for example WhatsApp or a form-handling provider). Their own terms and privacy practices apply to what they handle.

8. Limits of liability

The site and our guidance are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Alliance Savings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by lenders, insurers or other third parties. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
